We are hiring a front-end engineer interested in healthcare. The person will play a key role in maintaining and developing Nalagenetics’ our client-facing dashboard and supporting IT systems that will be used by physicians, patients, and lab providers. The ideal candidate has completed projects in web application development using angular, performed usability testing, and reiterated product based on client feedback to increase usability.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jeremy Coller Foundation (JCF), a private based foundation based in London but operating globally.
JCF’s primary mission is to address the consequences of factory farming for animal welfare, human health and global sustainability, through engagement with key stakeholders across the spectrum, from investors and businesses to policymakers and consumers.
About the role
The successful applicant will be creative and ambitious, a confident, self-starter with a passion and knowledge for social media and new communication modes. If successful, the internship may lead to a permanent position.
They will support each of JCF’s core areas of focus including, but not limited to, the Coller School of Management; Coller Global Institute of Pension Research and Engagement; The Coller Menmon Animal Rights and Welfare Law Program, Interspecies I/O, The Elders, as well as the personal profile and online presence of Founder, Jeremy Coller.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites and platforms. They will have experience in optimising website design (JCF is currently building a new website for launch), writing, monitoring and posting on blogs and wider social media platforms, and the confidence and willingness to participate in online engagement, outreach and promotion.
They will bring new ideas, enthusiasm and an understanding about how to reach people and build a lasting audience.
Social media:
Create from scratch relevant social media channels to support JCF, focusing on optimising and then maintain audience retention and penetration.
Plan all elements of social media activity, including briefing visual and written posts for social media channels daily.
Identify key trends, stories and comment across all media channels in real time, providing suggestions around how to respond or engage to the benefit of JCF.
Identify innovative and creative ways to promote blogs, white papers and initiatives sponsored or driven by JCF.
Create digital artwork, short films, videos for use across all social and digital platforms to better promote JCF.
Input into the creation of the social media strategy and suggest new creative approaches.
Communications campaigns:
Assist with defining and developing the approach to creative communications campaigns to promote key products across a range of digital channels.
Content creation:
Assist with drafting content for onsite copy, blogs, and emails.
Reporting:
Assist with social media reporting to assess engagement, reach and impact to continuously review activity and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Communications or marketing-based degree preferred but not required
- Experience of working in social /digital media in a professional capacity

Role Description
To help support the growth of Measure and its network, Measure is seeking an Operations Manager. This individual is initially responsible for supporting day to day operations, and over time taking on the primary responsibility of managing the day to day operations. As part of the role this person will need to identify new initiatives that support the strategic vision of the business and take complete ownership for some of these projects from inception to execution. The role will require a sharp thinker who is comfortable collaborating across teams and who can synthesise data into actionable insights for the business.
Core elements of the role and expected time focus:
Operations – 65%
Support the Operations Director in the day to day running of commercial projects and customer support. Help create operational excellence and deliver commercial projects in time and on budget.
Cost Reduction: Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities.
Business Process Improvement: Manage a central repository of processes and improve processes to minimise complexities and optimise to promote effective operations.
Reporting, metrics and KPIs – 15%
Reporting: Author, manage, and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration.
Metrics: Help support and eventually lead creation, identification, and insights of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions.
KPIs: Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, milestones and accomplishments.
Program Development / Management – 10%
